Relaxation and meditation group
This is a small group that you have no commitment to, you can come along when you wish to on a pay as you go basis.
I shall be taking you through relaxation techniques and meditations each week to help relieve some of the effects of stress, anxiety and even depression. These practices are non religious.
Research shows us that when relaxation and meditation are practiced on a regular basis we can reduce our blood pressure, improve our immune system functioning, increase our ability to concentrate and remember things, among many other benefits.
Because of the impact that stress has on us, relaxation and meditation can help with anger problems and it can also help to reduce physical pain.
We meet every Wednesday at 7pm.
Please bring a rug or mat if you would like to lie down for relaxation.
