This professional development workshop is designed for the experienced psychotherapist and counsellor.

This two-day experiential workshop will focus on in-depth methods of psychotherapy that integrates client’s affect, cognition, physiology and behaviour.

The themes of this workshop may include Life Scripts, unconscious relational patterns, nonverbal communication, and contact interruption. Various methods of a developmentally-based, relationally-focused integrative psychotherapy will be demonstrated and taught.

Ruth Birkebaek will do live therapy with some of the members of the group. She will then discuss the theory and methods used in the live therapy.
