This live online course is designed for therapists and professionals working with ADHD young people. It’s rooted in neuroscience and aims to pace sessions in line with the neurobiology of ADHD, ensuring that therapy is effective, affirming, and engaging.

Every Friday throughout September 2025, 4 pm to 6 pm

What you’ll learn:

  • How to pace therapy in line with the neurobiology of the ADHD brain: understanding energy regulation, movement, and the need for shifting states.
  • How to design sessions that honour ADHD young people's unique neurobiological needs.
  • Practical tools for supporting memory, planning, emotional regulation, and executive function.
  • Strategies for using play and movement to support focus and engagement.
  • How to reduce shame and help young people develop an inner coach.
