Can changing how we think about anxiety make us healthier and happier?

We often talk about the negative side of feeling anxious, but what if we reframe our thinking to understand the positive side? Anxiety is a natural human response and is often felt through thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.

During this talk, we will take a deeper look at the purpose, culture and history of anxiety, including what causes it and how to experience these feelings more comfortably.

We will also look at how you can use this emotion to your advantage, and the opportunities and benefits that understanding this feeling can bring.
