About this workshop
Dance with your anger and rage in a safe and contained space and learn to build a healthier relationship with yourself.
Through movement and sound, we can develop a relationship with our shadow and release the knots of conditioning to allow blocked emotions to flow, integrate and heal. This transformation process can unleash the joy and harmony of our authentic self.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is designed for people who either have difficulty controlling their anger, or those who repress their anger.
No previous dance experience is necessary, as you will be gently guided to listen to your body and feel into your unique expressions.

Greta has been mentored in ‘Teachings from the Cauldron of Brigid’ and is a senior accredited psychotherapist, dance and yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience of facilitation. She bridges psychotherapy and expressive experiential work with our unique sacred wisdom.
