'Psychodynamics of organisations'
In this CPD we will be looking at roles and responsibility in organisations, containment of anxiety within an organisation with reference to Bion, Klein & Winnicott. Participants will gain an understanding of their role and function within the organisation they currently work in from a psychodynamic perspective.
Claudia Kempinska is an experienced and accredited psychodynamic therapist, supervisor, consultant and trainer. Claudia has vast experience of working psychodynamically in organisations, having set up and managed a school counselling service, has been director of Northampton counselling service and is currently co-director of her own organisation, the Northamptonshire Centre for Psychodynamic studies, offering consultancy and training to professionals in the health care industry. Claudia has been lecturer, supervisor and tutor on the MA in psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy at the University of Leicester, and currently works as a university counsellor and in private practice.
