A psychotherapist-led circle supporting first-time mums navigate the transition to motherhood (matrescence).
Connect with self, with other new mothers, to creatively explore the real impact of becoming a mother on identity, relationships and emotions in a safe, small group environment.
Who: First-time mothers, 6-12 months post-partum, living in Warwickshire.
What: Free six-week programme, fully funded pilot by The Parenting Project.
When: Mondays 10am-11.30am, 9th September – 14th October 2024.
Where: The Kenilworth Centre, 170 Abbey End, Kenilworth CV8 1QJ.
This group is intended to be a therapeutic space for mothers and therefore children are not permitted into the group encounter. Childcare support can be discussed upon request. Project matrescence is a closed group and pre-booking is essential. Numbers are strictly limited, no walk-ins. Terms and conditions apply.
