This professional development group will be six weekly closed meetings, to create a safe environment for transparency, congruence and confidential processing and discussions.

We will  explore and encourage professional and personal development of each other without judgement.

It will be an opportunity to discuss read articles, experiences on workshops, ethical and moral dilemmas in our work.

The first session will be to explore our hopes, wishes and needs, then explore in our discussion how our framework will look and function.

Please email me of your interest before 31st January 2017. Should there be high numbers of interest I will consider a second group.

About the host

My experience of group facilitation spans 30 years, support groups for carers and sufferers of chronic conditions. The latter 15 years facilitating personal and professional development groups of 20 participants, going on to include supervision groups of three supervisees.

Supervision model: Hawkins and Shohet/counselling model: integrative.
