As the four seasons move through the year, we can find opportunities for
reflection and to make changes in ourselves. Reflecting on the way we feel, what
we think & ways in which we behave.

As part of this reflective process I am offering you opportunities to open yourself to
change, through the dynamics of group therapy.

Group therapy sessions are a great way for people to be supported, work though
issues and benefit from the company of people who are also seeking to make
personal changes.

I am offering:

  • Six Spaces per group
  • 2 Days; 10:00 – 17:00 each day
  • £160.00 for both days per person* (12 hours psychotherapy = only £12.92 per hour)
  • Refreshments & light snacks are included
