Pesso Boyden therapy experiential workshop
Pesso Boyden system of psychotherapy is a profound method for healing attachment wounds, unmet needs and other childhood issues, incorporating somatic, psychodynamic, cognitive and psychodrama elements.
This therapeutic approach is best experienced in a group setting. It is described by Bessel van der Kolk in chapter 18 of his book The Body Keeps the Score, and Bessel himself named Pesso Boyden as his favourite clinical method.
The workshop is open to therapists/counsellors and members of general public committed to personal development and healing.
The Pesso Boyden experiential weekend will take place on 24-25th May in Newcastle-upon-Tyne with Clara Charlesworth and Masha Bennett.
Workshop fees for 2025:
- Client participant (including your own 1 hour structure/session) - £250
- Observer participant (without your own session, but otherwise fully involved) - £125
