Pesso Boyden personal development Friday evening group
Pesso Boyden Therapy Groups
Pesso Boyden therapy (PBSP) is a powerful therapeutic method that helps people understand the psychological compromises and defences that limit them in life. Within a safely-led group, clients gain new perspectives on how the past impacts the present in their behaviour and relationships. They increase personal power and capacity in handling life dilemmas.
