Sean Stevens (MBACP) and I are offering outdoor therapy group days in 2025 - the location is Kettleshulme, Peak District and the dates are 16th May, 21st June and 11th July 2025.
Each day is a stand-alone therapy intensive. Attendees are welcome to attend more than one day.
This will be a fully ecological psychotherapy intensive, where a group of people will be invited to both explore particular issues they wish to resolve or gain insight on and respond to an emergent process within the group in relationship to the landscape.
The group will be experiential and include therapeutic group work incorporating body and movement.
- helping to build skills in resourcing
- providing group therapeutic experiences that fosters belonging and connection
- developing ecosystemic ways of being with self and others
- all done through a lens of intersectionality
