Do you dread everyday activities, such as meeting strangers, starting conversations, speaking on the phone?

Do you avoid or worry a lot about social activities, such as group conversations, eating with company or going to parties?

Perhaps it seems like everyone else around you is desperate for the world to go back to normal, but the idea of navigating those social interactions fills you will dread and anxiety…

I can empathise with just how exhausted you must feel right now because I have been there too. Finding someone that supported me, believed in me and helped me to see different perspectives helped. I was able to see that this isn’t how it always has to be.

Together with your group, you can work on what keeps you stuck in this vicious cycle.

The aims of this group are:

  • to provide you with an affordable therapy option
  • to help you identify with others that present with similar thinking styles
  • to provide a place where you can share and improve communication
  • to boost your self-confidence and ability to regain balance in your life
  • to provide a safe and confidential space in which to get a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs

Groups roll weekly and a commitment to weekly attendance is expected. There is no planned end for the group except for the usual breaks around seasonal holidays, or agreed holidays. So you can continue for as long as you wish.

There will be no more than six clients in a group in order for space and time to be heard.

On deciding to end with your therapy group, your place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

When: Starts Tuesday 23rd February.

Where: Zoom.

Time: 6pm to 7:30pm.

Cost per session: £30.

Bonus: Free 50 minute one to one session, to see how you are finding the group (usual cost £50).
