Online binge eating therapy groups
The aim of the group is to bring together people who are struggling with binge eating/overeating. Connecting with others going through something similar means you no longer have to feel alone in this.
Group work can be a very powerful tool to reduce the shame that often surrounds this issue. The group can provide a space for you to increase your awareness about how you relate to food and help you to understand what is keeping you stuck.
The groups run on Zoom every week and each session is 90 minutes.
The current timetable is:
- Mondays 5pm and 7:30pm
- Tuesdays 7:30pm
- Wednesdays 12pm
- Thursdays 6:30pm
Please contact me for more information. I will arrange a time to have a chat with you about the group beforehand so you can make an informed choice about whether the groups are a suitable option for you.
