Online and telephone counselling CPD
Online and telephone counselling: Poor relation, or widening access? Presented by Kym Winter
Counselling via telephone or online is all too often seen as the ‘poor relation’ to in-person counselling. However, it can promote greater access to counselling to those from particular communities, those experiencing periods of ill health/disabilities, or to maintain therapy during periods of work/travel for example. There are, however, additional considerations for both technique and practice.
This webinar also offers the opportunity to both explore these, and also your own assumptions and transferences to the concept of ‘remote counselling’.
