On Your Mind - Self help Coffee Morning
We meet on Wednesday mornings at 10.30 - 11.30am for coffee and a chat, where Joanne Lindsay who is an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist will offer her skills and knowledge so that you take a self-help skill away with you.
We also meet one Saturday morning a month as well.
At just £4.50 per meeting it's an affordable option to invest in your well-being and enhance your life.
