This workshop is a further introduction to the Hakomi Method and Loving Presence.

The focus of this experiential workshop is to learn how to create, sustain and deepen a compassionate state of mind, and to practice this while relating to others and ourselves.

What is covered in the workshop?

We will discover how to look for what is nourishing, rather than what is wrong. We will do this through a series of exercises that encourage this assisted self-study, based on the Hakomi Method. Participants will develop their capacity for mindful self-reflection and deepen their self-awareness.

What is included?

  • A CPD certificate will be provided.
  • Refreshments provided - please bring a packed lunch.

What is Hakomi?

An experiential, body-mind method that uses mindfulness to help people study themselves, with the purpose of reducing unnecessary suffering.

Who is this workshop for?

Open to practising counsellors and therapists as well as those who wish to explore a mindful approach to self-understanding.
