Monthly CALM meditation
Monthly gatherings (usually on the last sunday of every month) at the Isbourne Centre on Sundays from 3pm to 4pm.
Come and learn the 'mind and body calm' meditation technique that can help you get peace with your mind and body!
CALM stands for 'conscious awareness life meditation'. It is a meditation technique that can help you have more awareness in life. This technique can help you to be genuinely present with yourself and others and give you more clarity, confidence and contentment.
If you practise meditation regularly, or even if you have never tried meditation before, this is a welcoming group to be 'calm' in!
