Mindfulness skills drop in group based in Witney
This is a monthly group held on Wednesdays from 1.45pm to 3pm on September 25th, October 16th, November 13th and December 4th. You may come to just one or all, as you choose. There is no commitment required.
The group is for anyone who is interested in trying out mindfulness and if you’ve not done any before, it’s offered as a free taster. Or if you have done some mindfulness or other type of meditation, whether you’re experienced or have dabbled, whether your practice is current or needs refreshing, all are welcome. The group aims to help you reconnect to your practice if you’ve let it lapse or if you feel you need to maintain your motivation or you may simply want to share your experiences and difficulties of meditation.
Spaces are limited to six so please book in at least the day before or check availability on the morning of the group.
