Mindfulness skills: a simple path to serenity
An eight week mindfulness skills course consisting of a small group of people (maximum six) offering the opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness skills.
Each week has a different theme and includes understanding how the brain works and how mindfulness makes a positive difference to a busy mind and helps combat negative thinking. Other themes include how to set up a regular meditation practice, positive psychology, self-compassion and building the capacity to manage difficult emotions.
Mindfulness skills are easy to learn and help to develop calmness of body, heart and mind, emotional resilience and an increase in wisdom and compassion for self and others.
We will break for half term week so will not meet on October 22nd.
