Mindfulness skills, a one day event in Witney
A one day event with a small group of people (maximum eight) offering the opportunity to learn and practise mindfulness meditation. The day will include some teaching input on how the brain works in order to understand how mindfulness makes a positive difference to a busy mind and negative thinking.
There will also be some written exercises and group sharing.
Mindfulness skills are easy to learn and help develop calmness within the body and mind, emotional resilience and an increase in wisdom and compassion.
