Mindfulness skills - a 1 day event in Witney
A one day workshop with a small group of people (maximum of eight) offering the opportunity to practise and learn the skills of mindfulness meditation.
The day will include some teaching input on how the brain works in order to understand how mindfulness makes a positive difference to a busy mind and negative thinking.
Mindfulness skills are easy to learn and lead to greater peace of mind, calmness within the body, emotional resilience, and an increase in wisdom and compassion.
