Every Monday (except school holidays), 7pm-9pm.
This is a regular event to support and build your mindfulness practice.
To gather as a group helps us to strengthen and to explore our practice. Sharing our experiences, doubts and achievements allows us to deepen our understanding and to accept the limits and the challenges of the practice.
We find support in the group, we experience inclusiveness and we cultivate the experience of the present moment.
We will sit in a circle, meditate, do gentle exercises, have a discussion... and meet some other like minded people!

In my early 20’s my searching for clarity and self-understanding brought me to meditation. . Mindfulness is central to my practice & my daily life. I run courses, classes & individual sessions. The changes that I witness in people, thanks to this approach, motivate me to share it, to keep deepening my practice & knowledge ... & to smile more often.
