Mindfulness one-day workshop - deepening your connection with mindful living
This workshop is designed to enrich your experience of mindfulness in everyday life - some understanding of mindfulness would be helpful, but is not essential.
In this lovely space right by the sea, you will engage in different gentle mindfulness activities. You will deepen your connection to yourself and others through this enriching practice.
By the end of the day you will:
- Have a clearer understanding of the barriers that prevent you from being mindful and how to work with these in a compassionate way.
- Have a clearer understanding of your needs in everyday life and how to express these consciously.
- Have a greater awareness of mindfulness practices and how to integrate these into your everyday life. There will be different meditation and mindful practices throughout the day.
About the host
I'm an accredited counsellor and I've been practising mindfulness for over 20 years. I have enjoyed facilitating many mindfulness groups and workshops in this time. I've found the practice of mindfulness transformative in my own life and when working with clients. I am passionate about sharing this practice with others.
