Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT Programme).
This Master Class is intended to teach practical skills, that can help with psychological health issues. The approach is an integration of ancient buddhist practices and its philosophies. However, Mindfulness Meditation has no religious context, it is taught through the art of meditation, which includes paying attention to the body and mind during stillness and movement. Meditation helps us develop a willingness to experience difficult emotions, developing the capacity to be open to our moods, thoughts, and sensations. Mindfulness Practice helps us deal with our struggles and difficulties by drawing on our own inner resources.
