Mindfulness for well-being
The mindfulness for wellbeing group course aims to provide you with the skills to recognise and manage negative thoughts and difficult emotions that cause you to feel under pressure, stressed and overwhelmed.
We work on skills that allow you to feel more engaged with the world around you in a meaningful and fulfilling way as well as to build and maintain good relationships with others.
Learn to access your inner resources through group discussion, tutoring and practical exercises.
The course runs for five Saturdays and covers:
1. Introduction to mindfulness including obstacles when practicing.
2. Mindfulness for body and mind.
3. Mindfulness for anxiety.
4. Mindfulness for dealing with difficult emotions.
5. Mindfulness for stress.
