Mindfulness for well-being
Would you like to enhance your sense of well-being, bringing more calmness and peace into your life?
This will be a day of mindfulness, with practices that support well-being. There will be lots of variety to the day, most being experiential. It will incorporate formal and informal practice along with some nourishing teachings which builds upon these practices, strengthening our ability to support ourselves in our daily lives. The day will give you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, and develop skills which can be taken into your day to day life.
