Mindfulness for stress & wellbeing 8-week course - New Year course!
An 8-week course in mindfulness for stress and wellbeing is perfect for those of you who are struggling with the fast-paced 21st century society and/or if you are looking for some coping strategies during such difficult times. In particular, it's a wonderful way to begin the New Year.
Mindfulness has been proven to assist with a whole host of difficulties and can be particularly useful for experiences and symptoms of stress. Each session of the course includes both theoretical and experiential learning and lasts for 2.5 hours over an eight week period with an optional mindfulness practice day at the end.
The course costs £200 per person with concessionary rates for those who are unwaged. The cost includes all classes, a course book and practice booklet, plus mindfulness CDs.

About the host
Dr. Victoria Galbraith is a registered psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council and a Chartered Psychologist. She is accredited as a mindfulness teacher with Breathworks and has been trained, and continues to train, in various mindfulness-based approaches. She adheres to the Good Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness Teachers.
