Mindfulness for Stress - a course in 4 sessions, fortnightly on a Saturday, 9.30am - 1.30pm, the last session will be 10am - 4pm.
This is the 8 week mindfulness course held in 4 sessions.
What To Expect
The course is designed to give a supportive and clear grounding in mindfulness. You will learn ways to reduce stress, as well as ways to become more ‘stress-hardy’ and resilient, so you will be less thrown by life’s difficulties.
Each week on this eight week course you will learn new strategies and approaches within a warm and friendly group setting. There will opportunities to talk about experiences with the practice, the difficulties that can arise and how to deal with them skilfully.
To get the full benefit from the course you will need to commit to attending regularly and making time to do daily home practice between classes.
Participants feel helped by being part of a group that is learning and practising together.
