Mindfulness for health and well-being (8 wk course from Sept)
Mindfulness involves learning to direct our attention to our experience as it unfolds, moment by moment, with open-minded curiosity and acceptance.
This 8 week course will teach methodology and skills needed to develop a life long mindfulness practise. There is a natural pace to developing a mindfulness practise and each stage will be explored week by week in full.
The course is £100 for the whole 8 weeks.
