Mindfulness for a busy mind
About this course
I am now taking enquiries to join my mindfulness course.
This will teach how to calm a 'scattered mind' and how to relate to your thoughts skillfully without immediately reacting.
I have taken various evidence-based practices from the world of mindfulness to construct a course which I will facilitate to help those who experience;
1. a busy mind
2. ruminating or compulsive thoughts
2. a worrying mind
4. stress /difficulty in managing emotions
5. anxiety
There will be 8 hourly sessions.
The course will begin in early August (tbc) at a cost of £12 per session.
