Mindfulness course for health and well-being
There are still places available on this course which will now be running on a Tuesday evening 6pm to 7.30pm from Tuesday 16th September
Mindfulness involves learning to direct our attention to our experience as it unfolds, moment by moment, with open-minded curiosity and acceptance.
This 8 week course will teach methodology and skills needed to develop a life-long mindfulness practise. There is a natural pace to developing a mindfulness practise and each stage will be explored week by week in full.
The course is £100 for the whole 8 weeks.
