This MBSR course is recognised as a treatment for stress and anxiety. It is run over eight weeks with a silent meditation day. This course takes the participants through a range of meditation practices which also form part of set homework. The course takes the participants through an understanding of their thought processes, and how emotions arise to learning how meditation changes this.

Commitment to eight weeks is essential and attendance at the silent meditation day highly desirable.

A free introduction to the course will be held on 30th April.
