Mindfulness based stress reduction course
This six week mindfulness based stress reduction course is for the general public and trained professionals who are interested in learning mindfulness techniques to improve their wellbeing. You will learn the principles of mindfulness and practice a weekly meditation in a small, friendly and supportive group. Each session you will have the opportunity to discuss your practice, ask questions and learn how mindfulness can reduce stress and the physical effects of stress, increase happiness and contentment, improve focus and concentration and general wellbeing and satisfaction with life. At the end of the six weeks you will have made a good start with your meditation practice, understand how this can improve your health and wellbeing and you may want to take your meditation practice further.

Sarah is a qualified psychotherapist using an integrative approach to give her clients the best possible skill set, to empower themselves in being responsible for their own wellbeing. As a mindfulness teacher Sarah is passionate, warm and friendly in her approach ensuring that people attending the course receive the highest quality experience.
