Mindfulness: a simple path to serenity
Mindfulness skills are easy to learn and lead to greater peace of mind, calmness within the body, improved self-awareness, inner strength, wisdom and compassion.
This is a small group with a maximum of six participants and is aimed at beginners to mindfulness or those who wish to refresh their skills. The structure of each session involves mindfulness meditation practices, group discussion and teaching input around themes that are of relevance to mindfulness including neuroscience (how the brain works, the auto pilot and the negative bias which effect our way of experiencing life), compassion for self and others, developing a more positive mind-set and how body language impacts how you feel.
Applying mindfulness skills in your daily life can be life-transforming and will give you the skills to change unhealthy attitudes and behaviours.
