Mindfulness: a simple path to serenity
An eight week mindfulness course on Tuesdays from 10.15am-12.15pm or 3pm-5pm, starting on the 18 September. Finishing on the 20th November with a two week break on the 16th and 23rd October.
The groups are small with no more than six participants, with opportunity for practising the skills of mindfulness and discussion.
Mindfulness skills are easy to learn and lead to greater peace of mind, calmness within the body, improved self awareness, inner strength, wisdom and compassion.
