This is a weekly Mindfulness drop-in session each Tuesday from 1-2pm.
Practices include a variety of breathing and other meditations, mindful movement, mindful walking, creativity and some discussion about the philosophy of mindfulness and how we can apply it to our daily lives for increased wellbeing. It tends to be a small group of between three and eight participants.
The beautiful natural environment of this location really lends itself to mindfulness practice!
