Mindful summer walk
De-stress and recharge on a mindful summer walk; a combination of mindfulness, 'forest bathing' (no water involved!), and light exercise to reconnect you to yourself and your environment.
Time in nature is proven to be beneficial to our health - all the more so when we are present with what is around us. This is 90 minutes of vitamin tree!
We will meet at the entrance to Dukes Drive, in the car park off Parrin Lane.
