Mindful self-compassion, a 1 day event in Witney
A one day workshop with a small group (maximum of eight) offering the opportunity to practice and learn mindfulness skills with an emphasis on developing the attitudes of compassion for self and others, loving-kindness, and gratitude.
Research shows that a daily gratitude practice significantly increases one's happiness levels and sense of well-being.
Developing compassion and loving-kindness facilitates a greater peace of mind, calmness within the body, improved self-awareness, self-acceptance, emotional resilience, and wisdom.
