A one day workshop with a small group of participants (eight maximum) focusing on mindfulness skills to develop compassion and loving-kindness for oneself and others, and encouraging the development of gratitude.
Research shows that a daily gratitude practice increases one's happiness levels and sense of well-being.
Developing compassion and loving-kindness for oneself and others leads to greater peace of mind, calmness within the body, improved self-awareness, self-acceptance and acceptance of how life is, inner strength, and wisdom.
