Greg has 15 years of experience, a decade of which are in the NHS. He is passionate about continuing to update his knowledge from research and accredited trainings, and passionate about giving this away to people in useful, enjoyable and accessible ways.
Our mindful eating course is our way of making high-quality psychology accessible. Professional, informative and relaxed, relevant to the challenges and tensions of daily life.
After our January courses, we are taking a pause on running them for a few months during a particularly busy period our end, and to have a break from the associated admin/marketing (we are psychologists and giving away well-being is what we do best!).
Be kind on yourself this January
Four week course, two hour sessions, small relaxed groups, with an accredited, experienced NHS and Private Psychologist.
When and where?
- Sunday 13th, 20th, 27th January and 4th February, 10.30-12.30am. Four consecutive weeks.
- Monday 14th January, Monday 21st January, Monday 4th February and Monday 11th February 7-9pm. A week's gap in the middle of four consecutive Monday evenings.
We realise it is difficult to commit to four weeks, and do our best to 'catch you up' and keep you connected with what is covered if you miss a week. Previous course attendees have come for three weeks and still given fantastic feedback, and had important outcomes from attending.
We are excited about now hosting the course in Harlow Museum outside of opening hours - a private quiet space, with a wonderful atmosphere (and free parking!). We are currently planning on staying within Harlow as we feel the space fits more with our ethos and vibe, as well as helping us keep the price down.

We would feel privileged to welcome you and enable you to make the changes you’d like in your life.
