Meditation in the forest - Gortin Forest Park

Join me for an hour of gentle mindful walking and a forest bathing meditation in Gortin Glen Forest Park. We will not walk far, or fast, so this is suitable for all levels of fitness. This is a chance to slow down, be present and breathe in the peace of the forest with a registered meditation teacher and self-confessed forest-lover.
