"Managing the mayhem"
This workshop is particularly suited to ladies or mums aged 18 years+ who would like to explore how thinking habits influence well-being.
Do you ruminate, overthink, procrastinate and run on autopilot mode juggling away with life passing you by?
There is a wealth of information about how thinking can impact well-being so this experiential workshop brings together a collection of ideas from counselling and psychology that may be useful in managing those moments when it can feel like mayhem. Its not a therapeutic support group nor are participants expected to reveal personal information but naturally some participation and feedback around the subject is invited.
It will be a small, welcoming and informal group with refreshments provided. Apologies but we cannot accommodate participants accompanied by children as there are no childcare facilities available.
Please note the venue Kings Hill School is being hired privately and in no way endorses the workshop or is associated with it. Parking is available.
Cost: £15 pp for a one off workshop.
Booking is essential as places are limited so email: anna@wellbeingandchange.com or call me on 07811 346880.
