Managing my menopause - movement, meals, and mindfulness

We keep hearing about hot sweats, disturbed sleep, weight gain, foggy brain, and tiredness, so together we have written a six-week course focusing on how to improve your symptoms.
Add a dollop of psychological support and coaching techniques, and we will have you feeling connected and focused on becoming the woman you want to be.
We have two taster sessions;
