Thea Psychology and Charlotte Bennett Nutrition are co-hosting a supportive evening workshop in Chislehurst at 7pm on 7th May: Making peace with food and your body.

It’s for anyone who:

  • feels stuck in emotional eating or food guilt
  • overthinks food or criticises how they look
  • wants a more nourishing, mindful and empowering way to relate to food and their body

We’ll explore where these pressures come from, understand emotional eating, and share tools for building body trust and kinder self-talk – with interactive exercises throughout.

Early bird tickets are available until 19th April (20% off!) – all the info + booking here.

Feel free to share with anyone you think might benefit – we’d love to welcome them too.
