Magic morning: 6-week workshop
Developing a magical morning that works for you!
Do you want to be motivated? More positive? In control and accountable? Do you want to be more productive, and develop new, lasting healthy habits? If yes, then join my 6-week workshop! Where you will develop a morning ritual that suits you.
This 6-week workshop includes:
- 1 hour per week self-development coaching sessions. Where we will be working on: getting up early and beating the snooze button, exercise, reading, affirmations/mantras, journaling, writing a to-do list, meditation and visualisation.
- WhatsApp accountability and support group.
- Special guests including a mediation/yoga expert and a personal trainer/lifestyle coach.
- Emails before and after workshops to assess your goals and progress.
My name is Kate Wood I am a trained counsellor and life coach. My passion for self-development has always been important to me but like most people, I have spent many years in unhealthy habits and on a downward spiral. Through COVID and all the lockdowns, my mental health deteriorated. I knew it was time to change.
I worked hard on bettering my self and one of the ways I did this was through reading many self-development books. I have taken the best bits out of the books and put them together to create a morning ritual that works for me and I have never felt better! Don't get me wrong I still have my bad days, but I now navigate my way out of negative thinking more proactively with my morning routine.
My inspiration for this event is to inspire others to practice a morning routine that works for them. It takes just 1 hour in the morning, and if you stick with it, you will not regret it!

I am an experienced BACP registered therapist working with individuals, couples and families. My theoretical orientation is a humanistic approach.
