Living with bereavement
You may have lost a significant person in your life. Bereavement is a life experience for which most people are not well prepared, and there are few places in our society to bring our grief and process the experience of loss.
We are all unique and respond to grief differently. In this workshop, we will share our experiences and learn to honour and express our grief through techniques and exercises, so that we can manage ourselves and our lives better through the experience of bereavement.
To get the most from this workshop, we would suggest that before you join, a period of six months or more has passed after your loss.
The workshop will be run by Samina Baig and Susan Scher, who are both spectrum trained psychotherapists.
Hosted by Spectrum Therapy
Samina and Susan are both humanistic psychotherapists who have trained at Spectrum and they have developed this workshop out of their own personal and professional experiences.
