Lockdown has an end in sight. Maybe there is relief but maybe there is some anxiety, too. What will leaving lockdown be like?
We will research this in a creative and personal way, understanding how our relationships with others may now be different and how we hope to rebuild our intimacy with people in a safe way. Fears, expectations, desires will be explored in this experiential course as well as our excitement and/or reluctance to return to some things and depart from other areas.
The first part will take place on Zoom but the overall direction is to run a 2nd part of this course, taking place outdoors as we nudge nearer to each other and then finally a gathering indoors face-to-face where we can physically and emotionally reconnect.
Please note, the 2nd and 3rd parts of this course are not compulsory and they will only occur if they conform to the government safety guidelines at the time of their progression.

I have a passion for working in the community and have run self defence, assertiveness, safety and other workshops for many years. My martial arts and psychotherapeutic background give me a different perspective on body awareness and how the physical presence is a vital part of our story in the world. Course fees are minimal to encourage all.
