Learning Café - stay calm
A monthly gathering of people that want to live a less anxious and stressed life and take better care of themselves.
In February our focus is 'stay calm'.
Life can feel so stressful at times! This session looks at how you can cope better with stress and anxiety. You'll walk away with lots of ideas and tools to use and apply in your day-to-day life.
Our monthly Wellness Cafés are short and sweet, and each has a different focus. You can attend any cafe as a standalone, or you can come to every session. It's your choice; whatever works for you!
Gatherings bring together small groups of up to eight people. They offer an opportunity to meet new people, learn what works for others and improve your own self-awareness.
