Lear how to manage anxious thoughts - online session
Anxiety is a mental health condition that is affecting one in four people according to the recent statistics. Although most people can recognise that they do suffer with anxiety, they may find themselves unable to resolve it without professional help.
This is a series of eight weekly virtual group sessions via Zoom meetings every Wednesday 5pm until 6pm from 1 May until 1 July 2020.
The aim of these sessions is to help the client learn and apply strategies and concepts that are effective in dealing with anxious thoughts in particular. Every session we work on one easy to employ strategy, idea or concept that can help manage those thoughts successfully.
The sessions are absolutely free for anyone to participate and include a PDF worksheet that is sent via email prior to the session.
